Who We Are
Finishing Contractors Association of Illinois is a union painting, glazing, and drywall finishing contractors association dedicated to enhancing the industry through negotiating and implementing a collective bargaining agreement, promoting safety, education, training, and professional development to its members.
The Association serves its 140+ member companies through programs, services, tools and products designed to help them run successful businesses.
FCAI provides educational programs and seminars on topics that include project management, workers’ compensation, human resources issues, and job safety, to name a few.
Quality training is the key to quality results. A well-trained, productive workforce produces a better professional tradesperson!
